How a tool became a toolset
MYCare was created jointly by MY Synergy and SAT Health. The two companies – both members of the Digital Health Innovation (DHI) Cluster in Bulgaria – came together to work on a system that would facilitate the day-to-day operations of SAT Health’s patient support program (PSP) division.
However, what started as a sprint to answer a particular business challenge, quickly evolved into a marathon that embodies the very meaning of digitalization.
The system’s ability to store, process, and analyze health data, as well as the capacity to include standardized healthcare taxonomies meant that it could serve as a foundation, not just a tool.
And thus, from the success of MYCare PSP – the application came MYCare – the platform.
